As school starts, we begin to feel Summer slipping away, and the urge to clean up and clean out invariably comes to our senses. We begin making lists of what we will do in the cool days of Fall and before the cold days of Winter.
Well, we do something similar here at Pond Pro Shop. Not only have we moved and have to make room for new inventory but we also need to begin cleaning out old inventory to get ready for Winter (or in my case, sell the old so I can buy the new for next year).
In order to do that, we have planned a “ Fall Frenzy Giant Clearance Sale” here at the Store that will hopefully give me some room to put more goodies. There will be good sales and there will be great sales. You will definitely want to check this out. I have been told this will be the Sale of all Sales!
A sampling of items on clearance will be new pumps starting at $10.00; pond filters starting at $39.00, chemicals $1.00 per bottle, statuary and pottery starting at $18.00 (some chipped, some broken and repaired, some old styles starting at $35.00, we have only been carrying statuary for four years so they aren’t that old). There will be vacuums, skimmers, small pieces of tubing in this sale as well as lights, parts and more parts. All aquatic plants that are left will be marked down; there will be a fish sale as well starting at $2.99 per fish. You do not have to be an “I brake for garage sales” fanatic to enjoy this sale or to benefit from it.
If you plan to build a pond this Fall or next Spring, you will find items at low-end prices that will definitely help your budget in building that pond. Having the sale this late in the Summer will still allow you to work on landscaping in your yard and will give your plants enough time to establish before Winter. As an added bonus, we will have all items in our Store on sale 10% off the prices marked.
Have I convinced you yet to mark your calendars for the big event September 6th, 7th, and 8th? The sale will be from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m each of those days and will be held inside in the Indoor Training Facility. See you then!
